SHASA 10-Step Quality Water Production Process

• Source receiving: Collect raw water from natural source
• Sand filteration: Pass through a sand filter cylinder
• Remove impurities: Thereafter processed through activated carbon cylinder
• Micro-filteration: Then the filtered water goes through fiber cylinder
• Pre-treatment tank: Water is then moved into the pre-treated water tank
• Demineralization process: Reverse osmosis-use of high pressure pump and special membranes called semi permeable membranes to reverse the natural phenomenon of osmosis.
• Water storage and monitoring: Water is received into storage tanks. Water carefully monitored frequently.
• Remineralization relevant minerals are added.
• Uiltra violet light disinfection: The combined effect of microfiltration and ultraviolet light provide added assurance of product disinfection and safety.
• Sachet filling (production) control: Filling each sachet is conducted under very controlled conditions using state-of-the-art equipment. Shasa is registered with NAFDAC. The entire production process monitored and tested continuously. Filling room and environment are of high sanitary standards.
